A weekend of good beer and cheer at The Chequers

So says the lovely write-up in the Wokingham Paper about our recent Chequers Fest.

It was great to welcome the editor along on the day and to be able to show the pub off at its best!  Hundreds of people joined us for the two day extravaganza of food, drink and music, and everyone had a great time.

Chefs Ray and Joe took turns on the BBQ whilst Ben, Cameron and Dylan kept the drinks flowing for thirsty festival-goers!

Jordan said what a nice thing it was to be able to hold something especially for locals.  Eversley doesn’t have a town centre so the festival is a brilliant way to bring everyone together.
